Continence per se can never do harm, but is always beneficial

Richness of the semen (viscid albuminous fluid)

• in lecithin (phosphorized fats),
• cholesterol (parent source of sex hormones),
• phosphorus and
• alkaline in reaction,

• nucleoproteins,
• iron,
• vitamin E,
• other constituents of nervous and brain tissue

Conservation of semen means conservation of sex hormones, and increased vigour

Man is sexually perverted. He is the only animal that has his social problem, the only animal that supports prostitution, the only animal that practices self abuse, the only animal that is demoralised by all forms of sexual perversions, the only animal whose male will attack the females, the only animal where the desire of the female is not the law, the only one that does not exercise his sexual powers in harmony with their primitive constitution.

Wild animals in a state of nature practice copulation only at certain mating seasons for the purpose of reproduction. Civilised man practices this act of all times, and in most without intention to conceive.

Manifestation of sexual urge is due to Aphrodisiacal stimuli, a stimuli is a high protein meat diet, (accompanied by physical inactivity) , the use of tobacco, alcohol, coffee, sexually stimulating literature, dramas, motion pictures, conversation, etc.
