Until about 30 years ago, the only thing that women could use for their makeup was saffron. Pure saffron was made with alum, turmeric, lemon and white sandalwood and did not cause any harm to the skin.

A private company, which wanted women to completely give up this habit, took action.

What they did was to market a large amount of red powder mixed with active chemicals instead of natural saffron in the name of saffron.

Through various business strategies, they made a large number of merchants sell this chemical saffron, and people also started using it. As time went by, the manufacturers of pure saffron could not compete with the big companies and went bankrupt.

Therefore, women who continued to use chemical saffron started getting skin problems like itching and scars on their foreheads. It was widely believed that the use of saffron was the cause of all these problems.

After this idea took root in the people, the same company launched sticker patches in the market. Women switched from saffron to sticker patches. Their first success made women stop wearing saffron.

As the days passed, sticker patches dominated the market, and they marketed that if it was a patch, it was a sticker patch, and then it became a standard.

The next step of the company was to change the color of the patches. From red, they changed it to blue, green, and a color that matched the clothes.

Putting on patches changed from a cultural tradition to a part of civilization and modernization, and they advertised and marketed it as such.

The company, which took advantage of the fact that women were addicted to that idea, started reducing the size of the patches as its next step and then changed its shape to look like a moon, a star, a lizard, and an ancient god.

Later, that became the market trend, and competing companies also followed the same style, reducing the size and changing the shape of the pot, and having no pot at all is advertised as modern civilization, and our younger generation of women are making it a reality.

So why does the company have to do all this? If you look at the reason, the Christian missionaries are working behind this. The missionaries, who wanted to destroy the traditions and culture of Hindus, first set their sights on completely eradicating the habit of putting pot on women.

They have been planning for 30 years to achieve this single goal and have partially accomplished it today.

We are becoming victims of many things without knowing it. Today's Pothis advertisement is a manifestation of this.

It is time for us Hindus to wake up, if anyone speaks against Hindu culture, there is no truth in it.

Let us make everyone understand that what is behind it is only conversion and business.
