Putin | connecting-the-dots

As a game theory enthusiast, this signaling is what I like about Putin. Yes, he is eccentric and quirky, but when it comes to showing the West who the Alpha is, he never misses a chance.
Angela Merkel, then the German Chancellor, is afraid of dogs, as she was attacked by one as a child.
In 2007, Putin met her and brought his huge black Labrador to the meeting. He was seen smirking while Angela was visibly uncomfortable. I don’t know what his intentions were then, but this man never misses an opportunity to signal the West.

"95% of the world's terrorist attacks are orchestrated by the CIA, it's a rogue element of the deep state" - Vladimir Putin, President of the Russia.
