1989 - IB officers killed in Kashmir

• Many IB intel officers were killed in Kashmir by terrorists in 1989 - 1990. Who was responsible for this killing?
• A.S.Daulat organised a conference of the bureau in the mid of 1989 in Srinagar. This meeting was addressed by the then CM Farooq Abdullah.
• ! All the IB officials were asked to attend the conference, which compromised their identity and made them the target for the terrorists. Then a spate of killing of IB officials followed.
• Sheikh Abdullah was particularly averse to the presence of IB in Kashmir.
