MP HC allows to seize property of Saif

• Madhya Pradesh HC allows Centre to seize property worth ₹15,000 crore belonging to Saif Ali Khan's Pataudi dynasty.

• These properties are considered enemy properties.

• Saif Ali Khan's family's ₹15,000-crore ancestral estate termed as 'enemy' property.

• Saif Ali Khan now faces a major legal battle over his ancestral estate as a Partition-era law retroactively classifies royal properties as "enemy property", threatening his family's legacy.

• The govt is claiming control of assets that had passed to the actor's grandmother from her father, the last Nawab of Bhopal.
