Parliamentary replies Steps taken by EPFO(Employees Provident Fund Organisation) to streamline claim settlement process

• 2.16 crore auto claims settlement during the financial year 2024 - 2025, from 89.52 lakhs in the previous year
• 7.14 claims were made online in the current financial year
• The claim settlement process is further simplified with Centralisation of member databases under CITES 2.01 (Centralised IT Enabled System)
